Rabbit in wine sauce — Recipe Unknown

My grandmother is 85 years old, and somehow still manages to make me my favorite dish every time I visit Cyprus. Apparently, this time around she used my Uncle’s 100EUR wine. She gave me the recipe and I even watched her make it, but somehow, every time I try to recreate this dish it never comes out as good.
